Concept
Panda Club Madrid was a dance club and disco located in the heart of Madrid’s (Spain) financial district. Our client contacted us in 2019, three months before opening to initiate the branding and design of their new project, Panda Club.
Through a series of meetings, we defined the brand identity and logo precisely according to our client’s wishes. Defining the brand image was the most important initial step, followed by the development of the communication and social media strategy, as well as the creation of brand flyers.
Social Media
We opened social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. After a year, the Instagram profile organically grew to more than 14.4 thousand followers. Our client had requested something unique and different for Instagram, so we introduced the collage feed, where each image was followed consecutively with specific layouts and special elements.
Maintaining a design like this was not an easy task, but it really made a difference when you looked at the Instagram profile as a whole
Graphic Design
Our creative team built the brand identity from scratch, which also meant we had more creative freedom for flyers, social media templates, and other online promotional elements.
Each season brought new changes to the design, but certain key elements remained consistent. We worked closely with our client to ensure that the brand identity stayed true to the three main colors: red, black, and white.
Online Communication
Our social media team was able to generate content quickly because the club had a videographer and photographer. This allowed us to creatively produce content on a weekly basis, including video clips, flyers, Facebook albums, Instagram stories, and more!
We also recognized the importance of maintaining a social media strategy that the PR team could link to their promotion efforts. Word of mouth played a crucial role in generating buzz for Panda Club every weekend, and we ensured its amplification through strategic planning.
Evolution
Our objetive? To always stand out. A difficult goal to balance, but with the right project managers involved, we always get the job done.
