Farmacia Burgos engaged WET LAUNDRY to elevate their social media profiles. We recognized the need for improved direct communication with customers through social media and designs. Our assessment identified gaps in their existing social media and communication plans, allowing us to define new goals.
Social Media & Website
We opened social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Google. We started these profiles from scratch for our client and monitored growth.
We had a social media strategy to ensure we were achieving the KPI’s our client has requested. With time and measure, the social media channels grew.
Graphic Design
Our client wanted the brand identity to be professional, colorful, and informative. We used the colors within the logo to create designs for social media posts.
We focused on blue, green, and fuchsia within the logo to unite all the design elements and keep the consumer identifying with those same colors in each perceived message.
Online Communication & Email Marketing
We wanted to focus on email marketing to capture the email leads that were occurring in the physical store. To encourage customer retention, we featured a monthly mailing that focused on sale products, discounts, and other information we wanted to communicate to customers.
Evolution
Our objective was to increase your social media following and drive online sales to the front of the store. Through close measurement of sales and online metrics, we helped expand our clients’ reach to their customers.
We targeted customers directly by adding value to the social media posts they were viewing, achieved through publishing promotional offers, product information, and more.
In the store, our client collected emails to add to their database. Once a month, we sent an email that included the sales points mentioned above.
