Stroke Yoga is a specialized yoga program created specifically for stroke survivors, founded by a stroke survivor with a deep passion for movement, healing, and accessibility. The program exists to support recovery, improve quality of life, and create a safe, empowering space for individuals navigating life after stroke.
WET LAUNDRY partnered with Stroke Yoga to build a brand, digital presence, and community that reflected the heart of the mission, compassion, inclusivity, and long-term support.
Our Approach
Our strategy was built to scale gently and sustainably. By avoiding trends that could feel inaccessible or short-lived, we ensured Stroke Yoga’s presence remained timeless, discoverable, and rooted in trust, laying the groundwork for future partnerships, programs, and expansion.
Before visuals or platforms, we focused on listening. Understanding lived experiences, emotional needs, and accessibility concerns shaped the brand’s tone, language, and pacing. The goal was to ensure Stroke Yoga felt safe, encouraging, and empowering, never overwhelming or clinical.
